I just finished my 3rd day of Piyo. After Days 1 and 2, I was in need of a break, so I decided I’d try an easy class. I chose strength intervals which is basically a lot of squats and pushups at the end. My ankles and wrists feel like they are going to fall off, but they say it gets better. I hope so, it hurts to walk. Looking forward the end of this journey in 60 days to see if I can do an actual real life pushup (rather than the ones I do in my dreams).
Also going to my first PiYo Live class tonight. We’ll see how that goes.
