Piyo 6

Sunday, Sunday. I am finally taking a rest day. Tomorrow I will be on track for my Wk 2 piyo routine. I have my schedule and will start fresh. However, we are traveling to Nashville on Thursday for a week, so I think my workouts might take a dive down. I will try really hard to workout, at least do abs and pushups, for each day.

Rest day is my favorite day!!
