Mexican Lasagna

1 Lb ground turkey
1 orange bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 small onion
2 cans small green chilies]
1/4 cup southwest seasoning ( in fix cookbook)

12 small corn tortillas
2 Red amounts of Fat Free Refried beans
6 Blue of Cheddar cheese

1. Saute: onion and peppers, set aside in bowl.
2. Cook turkey in same pan, when done, drain liquid.
3. Add chilies and seasoning and 1/4 c water. Simmer
4. Mix beef and veggies together.

in, 9×13 pan
5. Line bottom with 6 tortillas, smear 1 Red of FF Beans, half beef/veg
6. Repeat
7. sprinkle with 6 Blue of cheddar cheese
375- 30 min.

Cut into 6 equal potions. 1R, 1Y, 1G, 1B
